How to Apply
- Clean your rim using Muc-Off Glue & Sealant Remover to remove any residue from a previous setup.
- Select the correct rim tape width to match your wheel's rim width.
- Locate the valve hole.
- Peel back the tape and begin applying on the opposite side to the valve hole.
- Hold down with your thumb and lightly peel back as you press firmly for a strong bond.
- Rotate the wheel and continue applying the tape all the way around.
- Create an overlap of 10–15cm, then cut at a 45° angle and press the edge down.
- Check for air bubbles and gaps — press down firmly if found.
- Apply the finishing seal patch over the tape edge.
- Push the valve through the rim hole and secure with the O-ring and locking ring.
- Refit the tyre, inflate, and add your sealant. You're ready to ride tubeless!
