How to Apply

  1. Clean your rim using Muc-Off Glue & Sealant Remover to remove any residue from a previous setup.
  2. Select the correct rim tape width to match your wheel's rim width.
  3. Locate the valve hole.
  4. Peel back the tape and begin applying on the opposite side to the valve hole.
  5. Hold down with your thumb and lightly peel back as you press firmly for a strong bond.
  6. Rotate the wheel and continue applying the tape all the way around.
  7. Create an overlap of 10–15cm, then cut at a 45° angle and press the edge down.
  8. Check for air bubbles and gaps — press down firmly if found.
  9. Apply the finishing seal patch over the tape edge.
  10. Push the valve through the rim hole and secure with the O-ring and locking ring.
  11. Refit the tyre, inflate, and add your sealant. You're ready to ride tubeless!
