Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

Product Verification & Compatibility

Bicycle components are often model-specific. Please review product specifications carefully and verify compatibility before ordering. If unsure, contact us on WhatsApp before purchasing. By placing an order, you confirm compatibility has been verified.

Returns on Bicycle Parts

We do not accept returns or exchanges on bicycle parts once delivered, except where:

  • The item received is defective, or
  • The wrong item was sent by us

Returns on Other Products

For accessories, apparel, and non-technical items:

  • Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Unboxing Video Requirement

All damage, defect, or incorrect item claims require a clear, continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened. The video must:

  • Show the sealed package before opening
  • Capture the full unboxing without cuts
  • Clearly show the product and any issue

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If there's an issue, contact us within 48 hours at pedalcompass@gmail.com with your unboxing video and clear photos. We'll review and provide a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Bicycle parts
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Used or installed items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may place a new order after your return is resolved.

How to Start a Return

Email us at pedalcompass@gmail.com to request a return. Do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. If 15 business days have passed with no update, contact us at pedalcompass@gmail.com.
